Okay....
Don't believe anything you hear toward the end of this post...
I didn't mean to do it.
Besides...I am too cute to be in trouble.
We had a nice little snow this past week. Only a couple of inches, but still pretty.
If you notice things are a bit off in my photos...it is because my little Canon G10 is on it's last leg.
I am very sad about this because I really love this little camera.
It has begun to have a mind of it's own. For instance...the above photo was taken using the flash...
but I did not have the flash turned on. It is like spinning the wheel on Wheel of Fortune (is that still on).
When you turn it on...you just never know what settings you will get.
Makes life interesting though.
I got the most wonderful Christmas gift this year!
A book all about Smudge!!!
We draw names in my family and my sister, Karen had my name.
She had this wonderful book made with pictures of Smudge from my Facebook page.
Smudge thought it was pretty neat.
She read it all day and when I tried to take it from her...
She got mad.
Then.....she did this!
And this!!!
A little blurry, but...you get the picture.
Zippy was appalled and had to take a walk just to get over it.
Stay tuned for a concrete intensive post.
Happy New Year!!!
Get it Smudgy!! Poor Zippy. He just can't cope with all the mischief!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the book!
The Heartbeats
I beleive Smudge. Totally innocent. Totally.....
ReplyDeleteBut Zippy has the right idea. Stay out of the way and let everyone think it was Smudge.
I can't beleive you have snow. WE have nothing....nothing. I want snow.
Happy New Year
Bert
And I thought the teething in my house was bad! ;-)
ReplyDeleteCould you show us a little of Smudge's book? (Naughty girl).
ReplyDeleteWe've got lots of furniture like that, courtesy of Bella.
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & roxy
Hopefully, you didn't punish her, Jill!!! After all, furniture can be replaced...loves like Smudge cannot!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteOh my word Smudge...!!! We think its mommas fault for having wood in the house, BOL, Cool book
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
We hope you didn't get into too much trouble, Smudge! We love your snowy picture. We wish we'd get some of that here!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Hey, I can top that! Latte chewed a rather large hole into the side of my couch yesterday. And yes, she's still alive. It will be interesting how much the repair costs and what it ends up looking like. Needless to say, it's back to the crate for my girl. Are you going to add photos of damage to the Smudge book? Perhaps a sequel is in order.
ReplyDeleteOh, Smudge -- you need to meet Willa who has damaged or destroyed a cell phone, a computer cord, a pair of slippers, an afghan, a painted gourd, a tiny koala bear Christmas tree ornament, two tweed caps, a crocheted snowflake, two dog beds . . . I can't go on. If there'd been a partridge in a pear tree, she'd probably have gotten that too.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Jill. May 2012 be great for you and all the critters!
No wonder...imagine taking your bookie...your very own bookie away from you....I just might chew a few things myself....perhaps next time through a carrot into the mix...you never know!!
ReplyDeleteUh~oh! Smudgie, you really need to stop that before you get a splinter in your tongue! *grin*
ReplyDeleteLove the book~ what a great idea!
